Kumasi: Kofi Job Foundation donates GH₵1 Million to settles bills for over 250 patients in three major hospitals
Kofi Job Foundation, led by renowned contractor Mr Kofi Job and his wife, Dr. Esther Gyebi, has donated GH₵1 million cedis to support patients struggling to pay their bills in three major hospitals in Kumasi
The Facilities, Tafo Government Hospital, Manhyia District Hospital and Kumasi South Hospital were in dire situation as the patients could not pay the bills after receiving treatment
The donation, aimed at relieving financial burdens on the less privileged, was distributed among Tafo Government Hospital, Manhyia Government Hospital, and Kumasi South Hospital.
The initiative benefits patients of all ages, including children and adults facing serious medical conditions.
Speaking at the donation ceremony,Mr Kofi Job encouraged individuals with financial means to support those in need instead of placing the entire burden on the government.
As part of the initiative, Hon. Kofi Job also took up the full cost of surgery for three children diagnosed with cancer, giving them a chance at life-saving treatment at the Kumasi South Hospital
The hospital officials expressed deep gratitude for the foundation’s generosity, describing the donation as a timely intervention that has restored hope to struggling families.
They also urged the foundation to come and help these three with machines and equipment which can help them to provide quality health.
The Kofi Job Foundation continues to make a significant impact in healthcare and humanitarian support, reaffirming its commitment to improving lives across Ghana.
