Kumasi: Royal Ann Health College holds 15th graduation ceremony

Royal Ann College of Health has held its 15th graduation ceremony on Friday, May 16, 2025, graduating over 300 students in Registered Nursing, Registered Midwifery, and Health Assistants among others.

Royal Ann College of Health, which is fully accredited by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), trains in the following; Diploma in Medical Laboratory, HND in Dipensing Technology, Registered Nursing, Diploma in Midwifery and a lot more.

The ceremony which took place at the college’s premises at Abuakwa Manhyia in the Ashanti Region, welcomed a host a dignitary

The college established in 2010 has welcomed and nurtured students with the desire for health education.

The college is united by a strong feeling of community and a shared objective in the field of health education and training, which is to develop competent health professionals to improve the nation’s health care delivery.

College President Dr Richard Aboagye delivered a memorable speech emphasising the importance of education for success.

In an interview with OTEC News Bismark Appiah Kubi Papilo, he commended the graduates for their accomplishments and emphasized that education was a permanent asset that could not be taken away like material belongings

In order to succeed in their future endeavors, the President urged the graduates to combine their healthcare expertise with courage, love, and determination.

Dr Richard further stressed the need to marry the skill acquired by the students with a good attitude to enable them to excel at any health facility that they find themselves and impact society positively.

Dr Richard further discussed that Royal Ann Health College is the best place to enroll as a would-be health professional to acquire the best skills and knowledge

On his part, the overall best graduating student Cedolf George said he was thrilled to emerge as the top student following years of arduous study.

He highlighted the excellent training and mentorship the school provides and entreated students to enroll at the school for a better future.
