The discovery of remains of the husband of Dapaah, Yaw Afriyie widely known as Batman in a bush following the tragedy gave credence to the suspicion of arson.
He had allegedly committed suicide. Some residents believe the tragedy was influenced by a marital feud between Yaw Afriyie and Ama Dapaah.
