Kumasi: Two dead bodies found in parked vehicle at Atonsu Agogo shoe factory

Two slightly decomposing dead bodies have been found in a parked vehicle at Agogo shoe factory
According to reports gathered by OTEC News, the two were employees of a Chinese-owned business, Asomdwie Rubber company, located in the formerly Kumasi shoe factory compound at Atonsu-Agogo
The deceased have been identified as Baba, a senior staff member, and a female colleague whose name is yet to be confirmed.
The woman, a junior staff member, had joined the company less than two months ago.
Their deaths are still a mystery. The woman’s head was resting on Baba’s when they were found on the back seat of the car.
According to reports, Baba was only wearing shorts and a singlet. When the car was found, its doors were locked and its tinted windows were rolled up.
Sources say both of the deceased people were present at the wedding of one of Asomdwie Rubber Company’s managers on Saturday, November 22.
Later that evening, the female employee reported for her shift, complained of feeling unwell and was asked to go home. Around 8 p.m., residents observed Baba’s vehicle driving into the area before it parked with the engine initially running, which later went off.
The car remained unmoved. It was not until Monday, November 24, when workers and residents noticed a bad stench and called authorities. Officers discovered the two bodies after smashing the car’s windows to get inside.
Reports indicates that Baaba married in August and his wife is currently pregnant, while the female employee was preparing for her wedding slated for December.
The police have taken the bodies to the morgue and tolled the vehicle as investigations continue
