Gospel music duo, William Asamoah and Michael Adomako, popularly known in the music circles as Willie and Mike are still going strong in the industry and their affinity is nowhere near expiration.
Sharing their success stories on OTEC FM’S entertainment show on, Dubbed, ‘’Anokyekrom’’, Mike underscored the need to serve the Lord God Almighty in all human Endeavours.
“We used to be busy preaching the word of God at lorry stations; we also used to jump from one commercial vehicle to another when we had nothing; we did it pure heart. As we were engrossed in the work of God, the gift of music came to our surprise. We faced hard times; we starved in wilderness, it was not rosy, but we kept our composure with our unflinching faith in God, the maker of the universe.
He reiterated the need for Christians to heed to the voice of God if they need success in their lives in contemporary music industry.
“In as much as we are bedeviled with challenges to deal with in our lives, it’s imperative to follow God’s precepts and do His will, he said.
Messrs William Asamoah and Michael Adomako, who have received 5 nominations in 5 categories in the National Gospel Music Awards, noted that they served God in obscurity and in public and we’re rewarded by God.
Giving reasons as to why they are still together, he said they served together, they were called together and they will definitely finish together.
