A member of the NPP Crusaders defying the early downpour to publicise some of the projects the NPP has implemented in government
The NPP’s vibrant and energetic youthful group named “NPP Crusaders” on Thursday and Friday defied early downpours in Kumasi, capital of Ashanti Region to carry out their outdoor campain activities.
Storming the streets with placards bearing the names of projects, policies and programs the NPP has implemented since winning power in 2016, the youthful persons asked people in areas such as Asafo, Amakom, Adum and Subin to vote for Dr Mahamodu Bawumia and NPP Parliamentary candidates on December 7.
The NPP Crusaders backed by their dedicated young men and women passionately connected with persons they met along the streets.
The members highlighted the achievements of the NPP government and rallied support for the party in the upcoming elections.
Enthusiasm:
The enthusiasm displayed by the team which was led by Patrick Ampomah was electrifying.
Speaking to this reporter, Mr Ampomah said the group was encouraged by the positive responses they received while campaigning.
This, he stated has strengthened the resolve of the group to work hard to secure victory in 2024.
“We are very encouraged by the feedback from our “Crusaders Invasion Campaign” and we are determined to win Kumasi for NPP”, Mr Ampomah stressed.
Project:
Giving the rationale for their campaign, Mr Ampomah said the aim is to project the NPP policies publicly.
He noted that many in the country due to good times they were currently enjoying tend to forget the party which implemented some of those policies.
The NPP Crusaders Group, he posited was therefore set up to consciously remind the electorate the policies, programs and projects the NPP has implemented since winning power in 2016.
“We are group of youthful persons whose preoccupation is to project the good policies the NPP has since winning power in 2016 implemented and the other ones our flag-bearer is promising to roll out when he wins power”, the leader explained.
